Welcome to RICCA

 
Since 1960, The Rock Island County Council on Addictions (RICCA) has provided substance abuse, prevention, and behavioral health services to the Quad Cities area and surrounding counties. This covers residents of the state of Illinois and surrounding states.

Our programs include substance use assessment and treatment for adults and adolescents in both Outpatient and long term residential programs, anger management and domestic violence assessment and treatment in both individual and group settings and Prevention services for youth and families in Rock Island, Henry and Mercer counties.

RICCA is located on a five acre property at 1607 John Deere Expressway, East Moline IL, 61244.
 
Administration Building - Anger Management in East Moline, IL
The Administration Building houses administrative staff, Adolescent and Adult Outpatient Programs, Adult and Adolescent Anger Management treatment, Domestic Violence treatment, evaluations and DUI classes.
 
Carl Stutsman Lodge - Group Support in East Moline, IL
The Carl Stutsman Lodge houses the Extended Residential Care Program (Halfway House) for adult men and women.
 
Margaret Stutsman Lodge - Drug Addiction in East Moline, IL
The Margaret Stutsman Lodge building is under renovation. It is currently being utilized as offices for the Prevention Staff , houses the RICCA Food Services Dept. and is currently used as a meeting space.
